Ours is a privileged role – helping families and individuals with lasting and respectful tributes. Whilst listening, understanding and ensuring that we always act in the most sensitive way possible; ensuring complete satisfaction is our uppermost concern. My experience of Memory Lane has been excellent from the beginning, turning my own non-traditional idea into a very personal lasting memorial. You will be treated with care, kindness and included every step of the way being offered advice and guidance at the right time.
